Who can help me bring AI into my company?

If you are looking for someone to help you bring AI into your company in Greece, you will find many answers and few that compare with each other. The reason is simple: “bringing in AI” means very different things, from a tool one employee uses to a system that answers your customers on its own.

This guide starts from what you want to solve, shows who can help in each case and what to ask before you commit.

Start from the problem, not the tool

Before talking to anyone, write in one sentence what you want to stop happening in your business. That sentence decides who the right partner is. The most common problems in small and medium businesses fall into four groups:

You miss calls. The phone rings while you are with a customer, after hours or at the weekend. AI that answers the phone helps here.
The same questions over and over. Hours, prices, availability, on the site and in messages. A website chatbot helps here.
Manual work after every customer. Data entry, emails, reminders, quotes. Automations help here.
You want your team to work faster. Texts, translations, document summaries. Ready-made AI tools are enough here.

The first three groups are about your customers and need something that works on its own, around the clock. The fourth is about your team, and a tool someone uses is enough.

The 5 options for bringing AI into your company

In Greece, as elsewhere, there are five routes. None is best for everyone. They differ in who does the work and who keeps it running afterwards.

Yourself, with ready-made tools. AI tools for writing, translation or summaries. You start today at low cost, but they help whoever uses them, not the customer waiting for an answer.
The provider of the software you already use. Many management programs, CRMs and booking systems add AI features. Ask what is already in your plan before paying for something new.
A freelancer. A good fit for a small, well-defined project. Ask from the start who will make changes when something in the business changes.
A custom software company. Builds a system just for you and hands it over. It fits larger organisations with an IT team to take it over.
An AI company that builds and runs it for you. Takes on design, training, testing and running it every month. You pay a subscription instead of a project and need no technical person of your own.

How to choose: 4 questions

If it is not clear which option fits you, answer these four questions:

Who will use it? If it is your customers, you need something that works unattended. If it is your team, a tool is enough.
Do you have someone to maintain it? Hours, prices and services change. Someone has to update the AI every time.
How soon do you need it? A custom project takes months. A ready service is set up in days.
Does it speak Greek the way your customers do? Test it with the questions you hear every day, not just in a presentation.

What to ask whoever you choose

The answers to these questions show early on whether the partnership will hold:

Can I see or hear it working? Ask for real examples, not just slides.
What does it do when it does not know the answer? A sound system does not guess. It takes a message or passes the conversation to a person.
Who makes changes after launch? And how fast.
What happens to my customers' data? What is kept, for how long and whether there is a written data processing agreement, as GDPR requires.
Does it tell customers they are talking to AI? The EU Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act) requires that people talking to an AI system are informed.
What will I pay every month? One-off cost, monthly subscription and any usage fees, in writing, in advance.

Signs that something is off

Some answers deserve caution, whoever gives them:

Promised results before they know your business. Nobody knows what you will gain before seeing how you work.
No trial before payment. You should be able to hear or see something that works.
Vague about who is responsible afterwards. If it is not in writing, it usually falls on you.
A cost you do not know in advance. Usage fees with no cap make the month unpredictable.

Where Epic Voice fits

Epic Voice is an artificial intelligence company of the fifth kind: we build and run AI for the first three groups of problems, the ones about your customers. AI voice agents for the phone, an AI chatbot for the website and automations for what follows.

We do not make tools for your team's internal work and we do not build custom software. If that is what you need, one of the other options will suit you better. For the rest, all our solutions are in AI services and you can listen to a demo before deciding.

FAQ

Do I need technical knowledge to bring AI into my company?

It depends on the option. With ready-made tools or custom software you need someone with the know-how. With an AI company that builds and runs it for you, no.

How much does it cost to bring AI into my business?

From a few euro a month for a ready-made tool to large custom projects. For example, at Epic Voice an AI voice agent starts at €79 per month plus a one-off setup, and the AI chatbot costs €149 to set up and from €19 per month.

Can a small business use AI?

Yes. Small businesses often gain the most, because a few people cover the phone, customers and admin together. Start with the problem that costs you the most.

Where do I start?

Write in one sentence what you want to stop happening. If it is about your customers, like missed calls or unanswered messages, start there.
