AI on the phone: incoming and outbound calls
The phone is still the most common way a customer in Greece reaches a business. That is why most of our projects start there.
On incoming calls the AI voice agent answers within seconds, with no menus and no "press 1". It gives information about the business, checks the calendar during the call, books the appointment and sends a confirmation by SMS or email. When a call needs a person, it transfers it based on your rules. If no one answers, it takes name, phone number and topic so you can call back.
On outbound calls the agent calls a contact list: leads from forms and ads, reminders, order confirmations, customers who have not been in for a while. It only calls at the hours you set, never on public holidays, and never calls again anyone who asked not to be called.

An AI chatbot for your website
The AI chatbot sits on your website and answers visitors from the information you have approved and the pages of your site. When someone wants a call back or leaves a message, the chatbot records it and notifies your team by email. Urgent requests are flagged. It knows your opening hours and public holidays, and tells visitors from the start that they are talking to AI.
The chatbot is for your website. It does not reply to social media messages.
Appointments, reminders and automations
