How it's calculated (our assumptions)
- Working month: 26 days.
- Of missed calls, we assume 70% never call back, they find someone else or give up. The rest do reach you again, so we don't count them as lost.
- Of those permanently lost, the share that would have become customers is the conversion rate you set, you know your business best.
- With an AI agent, no call goes unanswered; we conservatively count 90% of the lost as recoverable.
- Each call is estimated at about 1 minute of talk time. The plan is auto-selected from total volume: up to 200 minutes Essential (€99), up to 500 Pro (€229), up to 1,000 Elite (€399). Above 1,000 minutes you need a custom plan and we don't guess a price.
